Our Story

In 2004, Bishop Anthony Jinwright founded Father's Council with a simple but powerful vision: no leader should walk their calling alone. What began as a fellowship for pastors seeking covering and community has grown into The Father's Council Covenant Ministries International (FCCMI) a family of churches, ministries, and leaders bound together by covenant, purpose, and shared calling.

Our Mission

At Father's Council, our mission is built on four pillars: Christ, Community, Commitment, and Continuing Education. We exist to impact lives with the life-changing message of the Gospel, empowering every individual and ministry to live out their calling through a personal relationship with God, real community, consistent covering, and ongoing growth.

5 Fold Ministry

Five-Fold Ministry comes from Ephesians 4:11, where God gives the Church five types of leaders to equip believers and help the Church grow in strength and unity:

Apostles — pioneer new ground, establish order, and build up the Church's foundation
Prophets — hear from God and speak direction, correction, and encouragement to His people
Evangelists — carry the Gospel outward, leading others to salvation and new life in Christ
Pastors — shepherd, care for, and guide the daily spiritual growth of God's people
Teachers — instruct and equip believers with the deeper knowledge and truth of God's Word

At Father's Council, we believe every leader carries one or more of these gifts, and part of our purpose is helping you identify, develop, and walk fully in yours.
