The Father's Council Covenant Ministries International presents its annual Altar Workers & Intercessors Training.
Date: Saturday, June 28th
Time: 8am Breakfast | 9am Training Session
Location: 1300 Hateras Ave - Charlotte, NC (Macedonia Church of Charlotte)
Join us for our annual Altar Workers & Intercessors Training. Registration is FREE, however we request you submit your RSVP.
Altar worker training prepares individuals to assist those who come forward during church services, typically responding to a call to prayer or decision-making. Training focuses on developing spiritual sensitivity, prayer skills, and the ability to minister effectively to those with diverse needs. It also covers proper etiquette and protocol for altar service.

Spiritual Preparation:
Training emphasizes the importance of being prayed up, filled with the Holy Spirit, and having a heart full of faith and expectation.
Practical Skills:
Training includes instruction on how to listen attentively, offer scriptural guidance, pray with discernment, and address specific requests.
Etiquette and Protocol:
Training often covers how to dress appropriately, be friendly and welcoming, and maintain decorum during the service.
Emotional and Spiritual Sensitivity:
Training helps altar workers develop the ability to discern and respond to the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals at the altar.

Training clarifies the altar worker's role in assisting the pastor or worship facilitator, ministering to those with special needs, and creating an atmosphere of safety and comfort.
